About our Pricing Structure
Minimum Loads: Our pricing starts at a minimum of $95 and goes up through several different price points to include small, medium, large, and up to a full load at a rate of $540.
Upfront Pricing: We always provide our customers with a firm, no-obligation estimate before we begin a job.
No Hidden Fees: Labor, fuel-costs, and fees are included in your up-front pricing estimate.
Free Quotes: The Clutter Pros understand that price is a factor in most household decisions. That is why we provide every client with a free quote. This ensures you are always in the know. This will help to reduce any surprises when the job is completed. If fairness, integrity, and upfront pricing is a quality you look for when choosing a business, then look no further than The Clutter Pros!
Labor: Labor charges only apply if the job takes over one hour to complete with two haulers. If the job does take over one hour, additional labor charges will be applied. Our goal is to work safely, effectively, and quickly to get the job completed in a timely manner to avoid additional fees. We will be sure to communicate this before the job is started.
Additional Fees: Some items require up-charging due to their special recycling requirements. These items are freezers, paint, refrigerators, air conditioning units, fluorescent lights, pianos, hot tubs, televisions, batteries, and tires of 5 or more. There is also an additional charge for stairs and a processing fee for credit cards.
Discounts: Discounts are available upon request for veterans, military service members, first responders, educators, and senior citizens with valid identification.

So how does the process work when you are ready to get rid of the clutter?
Step 1
Call, text, or schedule your appointment online. Book online for an additional $10 off the final bill.
Step 2
We will give you a courtesy call/text to confirm your appointment and provide an estimated time of arrival.
Step 3
We will provide you with an upfront estimate after we REVIEW the job site and determine what will be removed from the property.
Step 4
If you want the junk removed, it’s gone! We will leave the area clean and in order and ensure we have met your intent.
Step 5
We will make the payment process easy and seamless. We accept cash, checks, debit/credit cards, and Zelle.
